Thrive City’s Winter Wonderland Kwanzaa and Noon Year’s Eve celebration 9;30 am – 12:30 pm (San Francisco)- Enjoy cultural performances, a countdown drop at 11:59AM, arts & craft stations, treats, and more!


Oogubi Sensory Play Pop-up 10:30am to 12:30pm (San Francisco)- toddlers balloon drop at noon.


Bay Area Discovery Museum Noon Year’s Eve Celebration 9am to 2pm (Sausalito)- live DJ, dance party, family-friendly activities and a countdown to the ball drop at noon.


Downtown Novato’s Bouncy Ball New Year 12:00pm to 3:00pm (Novato) - 23,000 small bouncy balls are dropped onto the street from a ladder truck 40 ft. in the air with a countdown at noon. Kids get a souvenir "hard hat" and can collect as many bouncy balls as they can carry.


Sonoma Community Action Network New Year’s Eve Family Festival 5 pm-midnight (Santa Rosa) at the Old Courthouse Square, 69 Old Courthouse Square, Santa Rosa.


Charles M. Schulz Museum Noon Year's Eve - count down to 2024 with an Up Down Balloon Drop and Baby Balloon Drop (for children 4 and under and their families) at Noon, and a second Balloon Drop at 3:00 pm! (Sonoma)


Chabot Space and Science Center Balloon Drop 10am to 4pm (Oakland) - Celebrate strokes of midnight around the world at 11am, 12pm, 3pm, and 4pm! Kids will count down and celebrate with hundreds of colorful balloons dropping from above.


The Lawrence Hall of Science 2024 Grande Finale 10:45 am – 4 pm (Berkeley) - Bid farewell to 2024 and ring in 2025 with colorful confetti blasted from a confetti cannon. We can’t wait to celebrate together—with science! Register ahead of time to reserve your spot at your chosen confetti launch. Confetti launches every 45 minutes starting at 10:45


Zyland New Year’s Eve Party 12pm to 2pm (Concord)- enjoy a bubble party with snacks and drinks. Reservations required.


Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose Noon Year’s Eve  9:30am to 4pm (San Jose)- countdown to noon across different time zones, with ball drops t 12pm, 1pm and 2pm.


Happy Hollow Zoo - fun filled celebration from 11am to 1:30pm, Enjoy a Ventriloquist Magic Show at 11:20 a.m. and 1 p.m., and get ready for the noon ball drop and countdown to NOON! (San Jose)


Hiller Aviation Museum Noon Year’s Eve 10am to 1pm (San Carlos)- celebrate the new year with music, face painting, and a countdown to three giant balloon drops at noon.


Gilroy Garden’s NYE Celebration  from 4pm to 12am (Gilroy) - dance party and fireworks
